Support call/chat/emails lasting 30 minutes is £20.00.
Support call/chat/emails lasting 60 minutes is £40.00.
Payment must be received before a session may proceed.
Accepted payment types:
We accept cash, cheque, PayPal and all major debit/credit cards.
If you wish to cancel a support session which has been previously booked, a refund can be given up to 24 hours before the session is due to take place. The full charge still applies for cancellations made less that 24 hours before the session.
If we are unable to open due to unforeseen circumstances another session may be arranged at a different time or a full refund will be given.
